Workshop on Feet and Body Mechanics

Janet Messerschmidt, D.O., will offer an informative workshop on Tuesday, November 3rd from 6:30 to 9pm at Northwestern Michigan College Oleson Center Room A to help participants better understand foot mechanics and identify source areas for lower extremity and back pain. Participants will learn the structure and function of the foot, as well as how to reduce pain and potentially prevent back, knee, and hip problems.  Participants should ask for a supply list when registering.
