Too Many Cherries?

The tart cherry crop is shaping up to be huge, maybe pushing 300 million pounds, depending on who you ask. The problem is demand is a little more than half of that so the processors are going to have a lot extra supply to deal with. There could be cherries left in the orchards this year.
