This week the Michigan Court of Appeals ruled a medical marijuana shop in Mt. Pleasant is illegal. The ruling might shut down numerous shops where marijuana and money change hands, including some in Traverse City. Meanwhile some legislators want to tighten up other parts of the new industry. But advocates of medical marijuana say it's all an attempt to undermine a decision made by the voters of Michigan
