From Staff Reports

Tahquamenon Falls State Park is entirely open again today.

Much of the park was already re-opened. But some hiking trails, a picnic area a natural area have remained closed since May 25th as a result of the 21,000 acre Duck Lake Fire burning to the west of the park.

At last report from the Michigan Department of Natural Resources, the fire is more than 70 percent contained.
