Commercial flights are scheduled to resume this week out of Manistee’s Blacker Airport.

Flights to-and-from Chicago’s Midway Airport begin Thursday on a limited schedule. The full schedule begins June 25th.

The turboprop service to Chicago will replace Frontier Airlines’ popular but short-lived jet service between Manistee and Milwaukee. The airline pulled out of Manistee as part of a larger restructuring plan.
