Suttons Bay B-Ball Star Dwaun Anderson Named Mr. Basketball

The Detroit Free Press announced this afternoon Dwaun Anderson is this year's Hal Schram Mr. Basketball Award recipient.

Anderson, a Suttons Bay High School senior, told the paper he was surprised he was known by enough people downstate to claim the Michigan-wide award.

Northern Michigan also lays claim to the Miss Basketball title this year. That went to Central Lake's Jasmine Hines last week.
