Later this morning, the Michigan Department of Natural Resources will hold an auction to lease state-owned drilling rights for oil and natural gas. It's the first step a company takes in oil and gas exploration. We'll hear about the process from the DNR and we'll hear from a homeowner who's concerned about the potential for more drilling. That's coming up on The Environment Report.
