On The Environment Report...  

It's been a year since an oil spill forced people out of their homes and closed businesses along the Kalamazoo River.  A year ago, the CEO of the oil company made a promise to compensate everyone for damages associated with the spill.  We take a look at how well Enbridge has kept that promise in Part III of our series this week.
