Remember Clint Eastwood in "Gran Torino?"  It was shot here in Michigan thanks to generous film tax incentives. Governor Rick Snyder has promised to sharply reduce the tax credits. Now, planned Superman and Batman movies are leaving Michigan. The TV series Detroit 1-8-7 is also gone. But will losing the tax credits really destroy the state's promising film industry?

The show airs Friday 9am & 9pm ET on IPR News Radio.
