Rob Bliss will fly 100,000 paper airplanes from the roofs of some Grand Rapids office buildings as part of ArtPrize on September 27. Rob is known for his "Urban Experiments." He's held mass zombie walks, pillow fights with hundreds of people and had crowds of people cover a large area of downtown with sidewalk chalk.
