The Governor's Michigan Film Office Advisory Council met in Traverse City this week at the Opera House. They discussed plans to build a workforce that can meet the needs of Hollywood when film productions come to Michigan, lured by the state's attractive tax incentives. And Michael Moore shares his inspiration for the Traverse City Film Festival and tells what's happened over the last five years.
